    保持健康生活状态

          有段时间没来更新了,因为想带着健康的自己回归~~~
          有时发现自己真的有很强大的自我心理暗示,据心理学研究能正确的使用心理暗示对人是有好处的:)
     
          前几天人一直出于极度的压抑状态,因为大街小巷、报纸杂志、电视广播全是一片恢蒙蒙,全国哀悼。
          在央视的“爱的奉献”我洒尽了我的眼泪,也尽我所能献出了自己的一片爱心。
          三天的哀悼期,其实也挺难过的。在这三天(除了第一天)我几乎没有看电视,没有听广播,也没有上网,因为我害怕那样的压抑。
          发现环境真的很能影响人的心情和生活状态的。
         
          星期四和星期五什么都不想,看书两天。其实也是没得办法被迫的,但是在这两天里我又感受到学习的快乐,于是开始有了一股学习的冲劲和动力。
          身体也变得越来越不好了,自己明显的感觉到很多时候身子很弱,弱得让自己尽全力都撑不起自己的身体,只想躺下,然后昏迷过去。
          消化功能越来越差,身体越来越虚胖,精神越来越萎靡,笑容越来越僵硬,眼睛越来越没神,开心越来越少。。。。。。
          以上状态让自己感到害怕~~这是工作压抑的么?尽快让自己远离这样的亚健康。
          就像是换了城市病一样,快节奏,身边的什么都变成了快节奏没有感情的东西。特别是上班所在的那个地段,总是能让我喘不过气。
          脱离这种状态,保持我健康的生活~~~
